I am a licensed clinical social worker in San Diego. I have experience working as an inpatient psychiatric and medical social worker. For several years, I have worked as a clinical therapist in private practice, specializing in adult ADHD and related disorders. I have experience understanding differential diagnosis as a certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (CCSP) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I am trained in multiple modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR trained), Level I Complicated Grief Columbia School of SW, Level I, II & III Gottman Couples Therapy. Additionally, coming from a background as a Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) for 25 years, I am highly skilled in somatic therapies. 

I have a degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from UCSD. I enjoy research in literature reviews of current information about improving mood and functionality over the lifespan. My goal is to empower individuals to fulfill their ability to attain self-actualization...
